This App has been developed using the color difference formula CIE94 that would measure the difference between color slides providing a quantitative approach to the known optic nerve test called the "Red Desaturation Test". This bedside tool helps initial screening or follow up testing of patients that have or potentially have optic nerve conditions. Bedside testings have shown successful detection of optic neuritis in patients and consistent results with visual evoked potential exams.
